With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorraine Forest (Winnipeg, Manitoba), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 6, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Lorraine leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. She is survived by: her children, Marc (Shannon) and Mariette (Brian); her grandchildren, Daniel Poitras, Tyler Forest and Kimberly Forest; her sisters, Celine Carrol, Yolande Devlin and Giselle Comeau; her brothers-in-law, Jim Carrol and Brian McArthur; her husband Louis Forest; her nephew Guy Morin; and her friend Malo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
