He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Monique (Albert Lemmel), Michelle (André Lafrenière) and Donald (Suzanne Huberdeau); and his siblings, Irène and Ulysse (Emma). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
