He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa and Manuel Encarnacao; his wife Maria; his son Carlos; his sisters, Joana and Antonieta; his brothers-in-law, Joao, Jose and Julio; and his nieces, Susana and Lucy.
He is survived by: his children, Clara (Mario), Carmen (Tony) and John; his grandchildren, Nicole (Justin), Kevin, Cayley (Ryan), Kyle, Anthony, Sara, Matthew (Mathilda), Jordan, Andrew and Ross; his great grandchildren, Carter, Addison, Nora and Rhett; Mary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 10:55 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish (4588 Roblin Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3R0G4). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Assumption Cemetery (3990 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3K1W3).
