He is survived by: his children, Darlene (Mark Lamont) and David (Tamara Subtelny); his grandchildren, Jack, Duncan, Emma, Heather, John and Eddie; and his brother Albert (Darlene Byford). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Ignatius Church (255 Stafford St, Winnipeg, MB R3M2X2).
