She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her parents, Katie Wilson and Bill Wilson; her siblings, Lorna Jackson (Kelly), Jack (Doris) and Shorty Wilson; and her grandson Donnie Van Helden.
She is survived by: her friend Amalia; her pet Kammie; Sam, Trish, Miguel, Ana and Joyce.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marie's memory may be made to Cancer Care Manitoba or the Winnipeg Humane Society.
