With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Lavallée (Winnipeg, Manitoba), born in Selkirk, Manitoba, who passed away on January 15, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Gérard; her son Richard; her parents, Georges Bélanger and Constance Bélanger; her siblings, Charles, Noel (Alice), Charlie, Edward, George (Mabel), Marieola Krut (John), Margaret Bélanger, Harriet Beaudry (Ron) and Georgianna Bélanger; and her in-laws, Paul, Françoise Lavallée, John and Irene Lavallée.
She is survived by: her sons, Denis (Wanda) and Roland (Silvia); her grandchildren, Josée (Jeremy), James (Anne-Sophie), Justin (Amy) and Janelle (Liam); her sister Merilda Bélanger (DD); her sister-in-law Lorraine Bélanger; and her husband Gerry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
