We are sad to announce that, on April 29, 2026, at the age of 87, Marina (Dooley) Crooks (Winnipeg, Manitoba), born in Carbonear, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Benny; her sons, Byron and Kenneth Joseph; her daughter-in-law Barbara; her parents, William Josephine and Mary Josephine; and her siblings, Leo, Nell and Carmel.
She is survived by: her son Robert (Jayne); her granddaughter Laurence; her son Patrick (Shawna); her granddaughter Kaeleigh (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Hannah, Brodie, Aidan and Tyler; her granddaughter Karah-Brynne; her great grandchild Zacchaeus; her daughter-in-law Linda (George); and her granddaughter Mikayla.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Riverview Health Centre Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
