He was predeceased by: his father Ken; his parents-in-law, Harold and Geraldine; and his niece Kayleigh. He is survived by: his children, Garrett and Lauren; his mother Charlene (Jarl Johner); his sisters, Darcy Cormack (David) and Dawn Piche (Lloyd); his sisters-in-law, Trish Cabral (Luis) and Marianne Glufka (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Hayden, Hunter, Kennedy, Tyler, Victoria and Rachel; his pets, Lucy and Ruby; and his wife Lisa. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
