She was predeceased by: her husband Marcel Bogaert; her parents, Edouard Devos and Germaine Devos; her parents-in-law, Emiel and Alma Bogaert; her in-laws, Louis (Lorette), Roland, Agnes (John), Margaret (Marcel) and George; and her close friend Garnet.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda Deschouwer (Dale), Bonita Yarjau (Raphaël), Rodney Bogaert (Daniel Latorraga) and Gail Espenell (Michael); her grandchildren, Becky, Brett, Rylan (Marlise), Janelle (Taylor), Adam (Alicia), Sonia (David), Pascal (Rhiannon), Raquel (Steven), Jenaya, Dainon and Annick; her great grandchildren, Jaelen, London, Harlyn, Jett and Brooks; her siblings, Lillian Rummery (Gary) and Denis Devos (Debra); and her sisters-in-law, Pamela Devos and Evelyn Bogaert. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Calendrier Mary Mother of the Church (85 Kirkbridge Dr, Winnipeg, MB R3T5S7). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Mary Jane to the Alzheimer's Society of Manitoba.
