She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald Pencoff and Bessie Adams; her husband Barry Thomas O'Brien; her sons, Shawn, Michael and Kelly; her daughters-in-law, Ashley and Mandy; her grandchildren, Jordan, Joey, Thomas, Greyson, Brawley, Spencer, Evan and Carlos; and her siblings, Thomas Pencoff (Linda), John Pencoff, David Pencoff (Tina), Bunny Pencoff of Kenora, Wendy Pencoff (Mark) of Fort MacMurray, Donald Pencoff (Debbie) of Edmonton, Lucille Michaud (Larry) of Kenora, Eleanor Vachon (Gilles) of Red Lake, Victor Cripps of Hamilton, Laura Cripps (Robert), Kenneth Cripps (Jeanne), Carol Kavanaugh (Clifford) of Migisi Sahgaigan, Richard Cripps of Toronto and Hazel Cripps of Thunder Bay. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A small service for immediate family will be held due to COVID restrictions at Glen Lawn Funeral Home with interment followed at Glen Lawn Cemetery.
