She is survived by: her sister Bertha Sumner; her children, Joanne Spence, Rita Spence (Bryan), Celina Spence, Terry Houle, Stephanie Spence, Edna Spence, Beverly (Matilda), Elmer Spence (Laura) and Franklin Spence; her grandchildren, Christopher Spence, Bruce Spence, Nancy Spence, Lisa Barr (Mike), Deidra Bighetty (Claude), Mitch Spence, Lawrence Spence, David Spence, Mary Ann Spence, Melissa Tobacco, Michelle Tobacco, Mathew Tobacco, Vincent Spence and Michael Spence (Gayle); and her great grandchildren, Devrel Jacobs, Ariana Spence-Barr, Makayla Spence-Barr, Izaiah Spence-Barr, Malcolm Normand, Gilles Spence, Brandon Junior Spence, Brooklyn Spence, Serena Spence, Ciera Spence, Selina Spence, Khoi Bernardo, Elliott Bernardo, Malakai Spence, Rhonda Spence of Jason Spence, M. J, Jordan Spence, Sami Spence, Travis Spence and Nathan Spence.

A wake was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Eternal Grace Funerals (10-1111 Logan Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3E1R1). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
