He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Olga, Stanley Sr. and Helen. He is survived by: his parents, Greg and Teresa; his brother Steven (Yunfang); his godson William; his aunts and uncles, Andy, Suzy, Stan, Anne, Patrick and Donna; and his cousins, Andrea (Kerry), Vicki, Alan (Erika), Eric and Marc.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the University of Manitoba Max Rady College of Medicine in Matthew's name to further both his passions, education and medicine.
