It is with great sadness that we announce the death of May Lafreniere (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on October 8, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Henrietta; and her daughter Denise. She is survived by : her sons, Paul (Joyce) and Mark (Jo-Ann); her son-in-law Ken; and her friend Terry Boutang. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Because of Covid restrictions, a private family service is being held.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation at kidney.ca or the Heart and Stroke Foundation at heartandstroke.ca in May's name.
