He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Dwayne (Laurie), Melva and Jacki-Lyn (Craig); his grandchildren, Dallas (Tyson), Madison (Nick), Cheryl, Hope and JJ; and his great grandchild Codi-Lyn.
