He was predeceased by: his parents, Yurko and Rosalia; and his siblings, Vladik and Kataryna. He is survived by: his wife Fenna Kapeluch; his children, Bo (Julie), Donna (Tim) and Hyla (Kirk); his grandchildren, David (Stacie), Andrew (Shontel), Jayann (DJ), Scott (Kim), Kyle (Amy), Jayce (Alyssa) and Alicia (Dale); his great grandchildren, Bohdan, Jackson, Ava, Liliana, Elias, Isabelle and Abigail; and his godchildren, Lesia and Maria (Kitasz). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
