She was predeceased by: her brother Ian; her father Peter McConnon; her husband Ron; her sister Dorothy; and her brother-in-law Gord Johnson.

She is survived by: her mother Patricia McConnon; her grandchildren, Ava, Henry and Alice; and her nieces and nephews, Leanne McLeod (Lincoln, family: Scott) of Alberta, Rob Shaw of Winnipeg and Kelly Shaw of Toronto. She is also survived by her family in England, many friends, and co-workers.
