It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nadzieja Monaco (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Michal Kowalczyk; her sisters, Stefania, Olga and Anna; and her brother-in-law Joe Monaco.
She is survived by: her mother Maria Kowalczyk; her children, Elizabeth (Scott) and Michael (Kristi); her grandchildren, Ashley (Rey) and Tyler (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Sophia, Eliana and Reyden; and her close friend Bogdan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, or Holy Family Nursing Home.
