It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Bilon in Winnipeg, Manitoba, born in Gardenton, Manitoba, who passed away on April 27, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Olexa Bilan and Marieska Bilan; and his wife Anne Bilon. He is survived by : his brothers, William Bilan and George Bilan; his daughter Linda; his grandsons, Paul, Keisha Bulka, Zevin Bulka, Devon Schneider and Hazen; his siblings, Sophie Medwid and Steve Bilan; his sister-in-law Marie; his sister Katherine Weslak; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Bilan, Olive Yakimow, Carl Pitura (Hélène), Ellen Pitura (Ethelbert) and Edward Pitura (Vancouver). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.
