He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Nicholas; and his brother Alexander. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathy; his children, Nicholas, Jackie (Richard), Daniel (Hayley), Caroline (Dan) and David (Mia); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Isaac, Estelle, Harrison and Aiden. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
