She was predeceased by: her parents, Zygmunt Kaczmarek and Aleksandra Kaczmarek; and her sister Barbara Kaczmarek. She is survived by: her brothers, Tom Kaczmarek and Michael Kaczmarek; her cousins, Mary, Ola and Marg; her children, Clifford Leuzinger (Angie), Barbara Davis (Robert), Tonya Moreton and Donovan Moreton (Laura); her adoptive daughter Shakira Beaulieu; and her grandson Donovan Carr.
