With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nina Luhowy (Winnipeg, Manitoba), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 28, 2024 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nina Luhowy to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arsenij Kozachuk and Iryna Kozachuk; her sisters, Zoya and Raya; and her husband Stefan Luhowy.
She is survived by: her children, Alex (Sylvia), George and Irene (Dan); and her grandchildren, Alexis, Alana (Alex), Taylor and Zachary. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces and dear friends.
In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Canada-Ukraine Foundation for humanitarian aid for Ukraine would be appreciated.
