She is survived by: her children, Paul (Debby), Rosemarie Smith, Lorraine Martens (Gary) and Jackie Hornsby (Wade); her grandchildren, Karen Forfar (Justin), Philip (Caitlyn), Kevin, Derek, Harley, Dustin, Jordan and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Orion, Ivy, Nathaniel, Henry and Phoebe; her brother Tony Polischuk; and her nieces, Pearly and Olga. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Olga to the Alzheimer's Association.
