He was predeceased by: his son Konrad (Joan McCreath); his parents, Erdman and Anna; and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his daughter Eleanor; his daughter-in-law Annette; his sisters, Esther, Bertha and Waldina; and his stepchildren, Leslie, Gordon and Gregg.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (4000 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3K1W3).
