She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Sawatsky and Evelyn Timmerman (Irma); her husband Daniel Bowman (Dan); and her foster son Phoenix Taypayosatum. She is survived by: her children, Terrance Stevenson (Yeanne) and Dante Whiteman; her stepdaughters, Lori Bowman-Daferner (Brent), Angel Bowman-Vernon (Gary) and Sandy Bowman-D'Angelo (Ross); her stepgrandchildren, Damien Flynn, Shelby Campbell, Megan Daferner, Cole, Dylan Vernon, Tyler D'Angelo, Matthew, D'Angelo and Jessica Woods; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Nash, Emerson Campbell and William Woods. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, neighbours, friends.
