With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philipp Garrecht (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on February 9, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Adelina Garrecht; and his parents, Philipp Garrecht and Georgina Garrecht. He is survived by: his daughter Emma Kammerloch; his grandchildren, Angelika (Nick), Vicky (Chris) and Erik; his daughter Irma Loewen (Alex); his grandchildren, Deanna, Branden (Chantel), Derek and Shauna; his son Edward (Katarina); his grandchildren, Pavel (Melanie), Peter (Katharina) and Jonathan (Maggie); and his sister-in-law Alice Ratschinski. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
