It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Elliott in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Alvin Elliott; and her parents, Ethel Sellick and Alfred Sellick. She is survived by: her children, Judy (Allan Fineblit), Maureen (Camille Page), Bev (Dan Rutherford), Lawrence (Trish Middleton) and Corinne (Charlie Booth); her grandchildren, Cole Edwards, Carmen (Jesse Deckert), Emma, Josh and Sam Fineblit; her children, Celeste, Karissa Rutherford, Keegan and Hailey Elliott; and her great grandchildren, Sutton and Lennon Deckert. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
