He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Cosentino and Jennie Cosentino; and his son Darren Peter Joseph Cosentino. He is survived by: his wife Doreen Elizabeth Cosentino (Hagman); his daughter-in-law Sara Lynn Penner (Robert); and his nieces and nephews, Cathy Olson (Doug), Martina Cosentino (Robert), Peter Cosentino (Victoria), Phillip Hagman (Lisa), John Hagman and Norman Hagman (Natalie). He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, and many cherished godchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Darren Cosentino Memorial Fund, CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.
