Raul Rufin touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Felisberto Oro Ibabao and Esperanza Rufin; his siblings, Glenda, Delvin and Oscar; his wife Marietta Arsenio; his children, Myra (Mike) and Myla (Lester); and his grandchildren, Caelia, Lewis, Cian, Corrina, Caelani and Miles. He was also cherished by many relatives and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church - Petrus Hall (2624 Inkster Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2W3W1).
