He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Flett and Harriette Thompson; his siblings, Nelson, Barbara, Viola and Kim; and his siblings' children, Thomas Flett and Carrie Flett.

He is survived by: his daughter Kierra Peters; his grandchild Stevie Peters; his siblings, Caroline, Karen, Darryl and Darren Flett; and his nieces, Debbie, Becky, Theresa, Dana, Naomi and Marlene. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
