He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Piché and Yvonne Piché (Gauthier); his former wives, Brigitte Deshaye (Deshaye) and Laurianne Fournier (Fournier); and his siblings, Alain, Gilles, François, Thérèse (Fournier) and Denise.

He is survived by: his children, Claude (Diane Lacoste), Carmen, Jean (Pamela Piché) and Mylène (Daryl Zerr); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Patrick, Dominique Piché, Thomas (Alissa Farhner), Ryan Zerr, Kyle Rubenok, Maxim (Anna Zaifman) and Kristen Piché (Skyler Eastman); his wife Annabelle Black; his siblings, Monique Piché and Camille Piché; and his siblings-in-law, Aimé Fournier and Henriette Piché. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honour to the Holy Family Home in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
