We announce the death of Richard Scott Fulham (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on October 9, 2026. Richard’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He is survived by: his parents, Stanley (Audrey Fulham) and France; and his significant other Karen.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Assiniboia Downs (3975 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R4H1C6).
