The passing of Robert Olsen (Winnipeg, Manitoba) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 23, 2026 at the age of 89. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Hilde Olsen (Dueck); and his siblings, Dorothy, Gisela and Bill. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Friends Funeral Service (2146 Main St, Winnipeg, MB R2V3S5).
