He was predeceased by: his parents, William Perkins and Irene Perkins; his son Michael; and his brothers-in-law, David Palmer and Andy Bereza.
He is survived by: his wife Marta; his son Brian (Lisa); his stepson Brad Barker (Colleen); his grandchildren, McKenna, Ryker Perkins, Addie and Callum Barker; his siblings, Wayne (Margaret) and Sharon Palmer; his sister-in-law Larysa Klymochko (Brian); Bob. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
