He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mitchosky and Katherine Mitchosky; his former wife Diana Kathler; his siblings, Rita Schneider and Robert Mitchosky; his parents-in-law, Harry Barker and Mary Barker; and his siblings-in-law, Josephine Barker and Dennis Barker.
He is survived by: his son David; his sister-in-law Lorraine Mitchosky; his nephew Jason Mitchosky (Alyson); his niece Robynne Barker; his nephew Jonathon Barker; his cousins, Renelda Smith and Marcia Herbert; his adoptive daughter Gaylene Dempsey; and also, Lauren and Samantha.
