He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Giese and Wanda Giese; his sister Luella; his brothers-in-law, Henry Borkowsky (Adelaide), Roy Freund (Lillian) and Henry Gerbrandt; and his brother Lloyd.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; and his son Jason.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (1541 St Mary's Rd, Winnipeg, MB R2M3V8).
