With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Royal Potvin (Winnipeg, Manitoba), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 10, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Christine; his brother Roger; his sister-in-law Margaret; his in-laws, Maurice and Jeanne; and his godson André.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his grandchildren, Sean, Emily, Mélodie, Oscar and Arthur; his sisters, Louise (Tom) and Lorraine (Butch); and also, Vincent, Pierre, Stacey, Janelle and Patrick. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home (455 Lagimodière Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2J 4J4).
