He is survived by: his sister Rosie Smith; and his children, Arlene Wheeler, Mary Ann Stamps Crawford (Antonia), Catherine Stamps Haymer (Henry), Rufus Stamps, Thomas Earl Stamps, Leon Stamps, Eric Stamps and Tameka Stamps. He is also survived by two great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
