She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice and Gordon; and her brother Ron. She is survived by: her husband Eric; her pets, Patch and Teemu; her mother-in-law Roberta; and her sister-in-law Karen (Dean). She is also survived by many nephews & nieces, grand nephews & grand nieces, and honorary nieces & nephews.

During Covid she stepped up and worked for the Hanover School Division cleaning and disinfecting schools.

Animals were very dear to Sandy's heart so in lieu of flowers making a donation to any organization that helps them would surely make her smile.
