He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Balser and Helen Balser; his sister Wanda; and his nephew James. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his siblings, Kevin, Karen, Colleen and Wayne; his sons, Raymond (Michelle) and Russ (Karyn); his stepsons, Jose and Andrew; his grandchildren, Natalie, Isabelle, Drew, Samantha and Jose; his mother-in-law Mary; his sister-in-law Melinda; his niece Alanna; and his nephew Matthew. He is also survived by numerous other cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
