Shirley Ann (Nelin) Willoughby Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Ann (Nelin) Willoughby in Winnipeg, Manitoba, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 19, 2026 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnet Nelin and Wilma Nelin. She is survived by: her husband Ken Willoughby; her sons, Scott (Kathy), Jamie (Michelle) and Moe (Andrea); and her sister Donna Sanderson (George).
