Shirley Dalgleish Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2026, at the age of 87, Shirley Dalgleish (Winnipeg, Manitoba) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Dalgleish; her siblings, Anne, Edna, Edward, John, Abe and Harry; her sisters-in-law, Ella, Annie and Isabelle (Braun); her stepson Robert Dalgleish; her stepson-in-law Barry Gray; her brothers-in-law, Vic Rood, Jack Freeman and Lloyd Sandmoen; her nephews, Clifford and Ross Rempel; her former husband Lawrence Miller; and her parents, Jacob Braun and Mary Braun.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Miller (Griselda) and Penny Lickley (Jim); her stepchildren, Donald Dalgleish (Diane), Marilynn Gray, Maryanne Dalgleish Davis (Gerald) and Naomi Boychuk (Dave); her grandchildren, Trevor Lickley (Meagan), Hayley Lickley and Jodi Lickley; her stepgrandchildren, Deanna, Jamie, Marla, Erica, James, Elizabeth, Erin Kathryn, Chloe and Stephanie; and her siblings, Betty Freeman (Kelowna) and Art Braun (Campbell River).
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (4000 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3K1W3).
