With sadness, we share the passing of Shirley DIANNE Gilchrist (Winnipeg, Manitoba). Shirley, born on September 20, 1942, passed away on September 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Marjorie Ibbott; her stepfather Laurie Ibbott; her father James Leggo; and her sister Mary Ibbott-Stone. She is survived by: her husband William A. Gilchrist; her children, Brian (Laura), Lorraine Manness (Jerrold) and Michele Brown; her grandchildren, Spencer, Morgan, Kendra (Jeremy), Tynan, Liam and Colton; her great grandchildren, Jax and Payton; her sisters, Nancy Glover (Glen) and Joyce Belvin (Wayne); and her siblings-in-law, Bill Stone and Doreen Rondeau.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (830 North Dr, Winnipeg, MB R3T0A6).
