Sophie Kichak Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophie Kichak in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Chabluk and Stephen Chabluk (Nick); her children, Olive Jean and Terrence Roy; and her siblings, Elsie, Meron, Julius, Harry, Elmer, Barry, Anton and Paul.

She is survived by: her children, Sandy (Darrel), Dennis (Colleen) and Larry; her daughter-in-law Issey; her grandchildren, Chad, Kyle (Niki), Kevin (Laurie), Koreen and Warren; her great grandchildren, Easton, Kiara, Durham, Halem and Elise; her brothers, Lawrence, Peter, Ernie and Johnny; and her husband Nick. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sophie's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
