She was predeceased by: her sister Daria Sportak (Ituna); her father Michael Sportak; and her siblings, Paul, Maurice, William, John, Frozenia Dysievich (Rose), Mary Kuzyk, Agnes Buchholz and Anne Makowsky.
She is survived by: her parent Olena Stefiuk; her brother Joseph; and her sister-in-law Gertrude (John). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Interment will be at Holy Family Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Family Home or to the Lubov Foundation.
