He was predeceased by: his wife Irene (Maciurzynsi); and his parents, Walter and Katarzyna. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Coelho (Paul) and Robert Hodyr; his grandchildren, Christopher (Grace), Brent (Candace), Kally (Nicholas) and Megan; his great grandchildren, Tecumseh, Lucas, Kateri, Landon and Leighton; and his cousin Christine Berestiansky (John).
