Stefania Karpa Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stefania Karpa (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stefania Karpa to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Nicholas and Eve; and her sister Olga. She is survived by: her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Shelley; her grandchildren, Orycia, Alexander and Adrianna; and her sister Iryna. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews from Poland, extended family.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions in our province, the Panachyda and Divine Liturgy were sung privately on Tuesday, December 22 at the Ukrainian Catholic Metropolitan Cathedral of Sts. Volodymr and Olha with interment followed at All Saints Cemetery officiated by Msgr Michael Buyachok.
