She was predeceased by: her husband George Gembey; her mother Faye Kavalec; her stepfather John Kavelec; her siblings-in-law, Harry Gembey and Agnes Gembey; and her children-in-law, Fred Bunch and Vereta Gembey.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Gembey, Patricia Bunch and Jacqueline Sutyla; and her brother Edward Kavalec (Gladys). She is also survived by five grandchildren (and spouses), and many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Stephanie, who was always a pet owner and an animal lover, has asked that you please make a contribution to the Winnipeg Humane Society in her name.
