We announce the death of Susan Travers (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 78. Susan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: the father of her children Waldemar Rinas (Wally); her parents, Charles Traverse and Harriet Traverse; her brothers, Alexander, Stanley, Lawrence and Allen; her siblings-in-law, Joseph Woodford, Carrie Traverse and Margaret Traverse; her niece Stella Traverse; her nephews, Darryl Traverse, Roger Traverse and John Woodford; and her great-niece Vanessa Einerason.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Robinson and Nadine; her grandsons, Skylar (Shelby), Bryden, Tryton and Khyren; her sister Eva Woodford; and her nieces and nephews, Conrad, Michael, Rockie, Darren, Dean, Langford, Don Stewart, Clint, Justin, Glenda, Denise, Evelyn, Bonny, Beverly, Yvonne, Sonia, Ida and Winnifred Traverse (Winnie).
A wake will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Eternal Grace Funerals (10-1111 Logan Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3E1R1). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
