She was predeceased by: her uncle Kelsey Garnett; and her grandfathers, Pierre Marcotte and George Punton. She is survived by: her daughter Saffiyah Khidir (Saffy); her parents, Shannon Marion (Michel Rioux) and Tim Punton (Julie Punton); her sister Courtney Punton (Coleman Rasmuson); her aunt Jocelyne Garnett (Kent Bretzlaff); her grandparents, Marcelle Marion, Ray Garnett and Mona Sala; her pet Kyrie; Abdullah Khidir. She is also survived by numerous great aunts, great uncles, cousins, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Centre Culturel Franco-Manitobain (340 Provencher Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2H0G7).
