She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Thordarson and Alice Thordarson; her brother Wayne Thordarson; and her daughter Koreen Wood. She is survived by: her brother Tom Thordarson (Sue); her children, Keri Taylor (Dave) and Kent Wood (Marcie); her nieces and nephews, Scott, Kirsten Thordarson and Bridget Thordarson; her great grandchildren, Paul Taylor (Amanda), Stephen Taylor (Chrissy) and Meagan Taylor (Brayden); and her children, Kayden, Liam, Colt, Christopher Taylor (Emma) and Audrey Wood.

In lieu of flowers, Sylvia would like any donations be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
